Good morning!
Sorry about missing sending out a newsletter article or two last week. I had a busy week with work (mandatory overtime). I just want to offer a few brief thoughts about a number of items as we get started this week.
Top Gun: Maverick
This movie is worth the hype, completely worth the hype. It's one of the few pro-American and pro-military movies coming out of Hollywood of late.
If you enjoyed the first Top Gun, you'll enjoy the sequel we had to wait 36 years to see. I majorly geeked out when they first released the trailer.
If you have not seen the first Top Gun, and I imagine some of my readers were not born when that came out, I recommend you watch it first. It's available for free for Amazon Prime members.
Wins for school choice last Tuesday
It was a fantastic night for school choice supporters as several Republican Iowa House incumbents who opposed Governor Reynolds' school choice bill were defeated in contested primaries.
